Our customer was in the process of implementing Workday HCM and Payroll; whilst the project was progressing successfully, they needed additional change expertise to ensure meaningful and efficient testing activity and high quality training delivery.
We engaged Cara from CE Change Ltd to provide the following services:
- Testing advisory services, include onsite support for key HCM and Payroll testing phases
- Designing and delivering Workday HCM training to key customer groups.
Post go-live, our customer asked for additional support to maximise the value and relevance of Workday reporting solutions. Cara was asked to review requirements and develop appropriate solutions using Workday dashboards.
Due to her experience with Workday implementations, Cara was also able to add value to various design decisions and to provide advice on the overall implementation approach from the outset.
With Cara’s assistance and testing expertise, our customer was able to deliver a successful testing phase, identifying various configuration and process issues early and resolving these quickly.
All key stakeholder groups received training support designed around their particular needs, resulting in high engagement with the Workday platform.
Post go-live, Cara undertook a review of reporting requirements and carried out an assessment of how current reporting functionality aligned with these. She designed reporting dashboards containing meaningful management information and provided knowledge transfer and advisory support to equip customer resources to build and test the solutions themselves.
