I founded CE Change Ltd in 2015 with the aim of helping businesses to deliver business transformation and change that focused on people. We believe that people have incredible wit, wisdom and insight and that businesses need to make room for this. We support businesses to design futures in which people are free to add value and to engage their people in the process of turning their visions to reality.
